Elizabeth Vincent Foster

I don't know much about this author who appears to have written just one book, a fantasy featuring a flying horse. I am not even sure whether she is British or American as the book was first published in the USA and then in the UK. If anyone can give me any more information about her, I would be very grateful!

Easy to find in both the UK and USA, although the American first edition is harder to come by in the UK.
